Individual free standing pavilions cover the double garage, the entrance walkway, family bedrooms, the kitchen/living/dining area, the patio, the master bedroom suite and the pool day bed.

One of the outstanding benefits of the byCOASTAL design is that it works on sites as small as 600 sq metres. Every space within the secure perimeter walls is utilized to maximum benefit; beautiful living spaces filled with lush tropical gardens and water features.
